Next-Generation Firewalls

Our Next-Generation Firewalls give you complete visibility into and precise control over your network traffic, and protect you from unknown threats.

Visibility and Control

Our next-generation firewall classifies all traffic, including encrypted traffic, based on application, application function, user and content. You can create comprehensive, precise security policies, resulting in safe enablement of applications. This lets only authorized users run sanctioned applications, greatly reducing the surface area of cyber attacks across the organization.

Virtualized Next-Generation Firewalls

The VM-Series is a virtualized form factor of our next-generation firewall that can be deployed in a range of public and private cloud computing environments based on technologies from VMware®, Amazon® Web Services, Microsoft®, Citrix® and KVM.

Management (Panorama)

Panorama network security management lets you view all firewall traffic, manage device configuration, push global policies, and generate reports on patterns or incidents—all from one central location.

Subscriptions

Our security subscriptions allow you to safely enable applications, users and content by adding natively integrated protection from known and unknown threats both on and off the network.

These security subscriptions are purpose-built to share context and prevent threats at every stage of an attack, allowing you to enable singular policies and automated protection that secure your network and remote workforce while simplifying management and enabling your business.

Advanced Endpoint Protection

Traps replaces traditional antivirus with multi-method prevention, a proprietary combination of advanced malware and exploit prevention methods that protect users and endpoints from known and unknown threats.

SaaS Security

Aperture looks directly into SaaS applications, providing full visibility into the activities of users and data while granular controls maintain policy to eliminate data exposure and threat risks.

Palo Alto Networks Now a Four-Time Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader!

Gartner has just released its latest Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Network Firewalls and once again named Palo Alto Networks a Leader. This marks the fourth consecutive year that Palo Alto Networks has been named a Leader, a designation shared only with Check Point. All other vendors were named either Challengers or Niche Players in Gartner’s four-quadrant system. I invite you to download the report at http://connect.paloaltonetworks.com/gartner-mq-2015.

At Palo Alto Networks we have maintained a steadfast commitment to innovation. Just recently we introduced a disruptive new endpoint protection technology named Traps, and a new cyber threat intelligence service named AutoFocus. These new innovations are not only a testament to that commitment, they’re proof points in our continued ability to execute. We believe this record of innovation and execution has moved Palo Alto Networks further along the x-axis within Leaders quadrant.
